We have been working with Disking for a few years now. We engaged Disking in November 2022 and haven’t looked back – they have been absolutely brilliant. They have taken over almost all the day to day admin/support associated with our IT infrastructure, freeing me up to focus on other areas (IT is far from my specialist subject!).
They supported the migration from Google to Microsoft and have helped us to source and configure several new laptops and a wireless display. Configuring the latter proved really tricky but they persevered and managed to find a solution – they even followed up subsequently to check all was well.
Jack has been absolutely brilliant, as has Charlie. Really impressive service and well worth the money.

We got in touch last year with Disking when we were looking to review our business IT Solutions and if we could improve how we managed our IT. They came recommended to us by another business and I am pleased to say we have been working with them for 6 months and are very happy with the service level.

I have had several occasions to use this company and have been delighted every time. There doesn’t seem to be any level of complexity that is beyond them, and although they are small, I have always been able to access their experts with no delay.
I am a director of multiple companies, and my IT requirements are quite complex, with high levels of cyber security. Although I am reasonably technically competent, clashes between systems and company profiles have thrown up challenges that were beyond me. I recently spent time with Charlie, a Senior Support Technician who listened carefully to my complicated brief, and calmly nailed about 10 issues in quick succession with the minimum of fuss. He communicated extremely effectively (not easy with me as I am neurodiverse) and fully understood what I needed.
I am always confident that I will get value for money from this great team, they have a tendency to undercharge for their time when “on the clock”, and they are thoroughly honest and trustworthy.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are a business or personal IT user and need to get the very most out of your technology, then these people are for you. 100% satisfied and I will always use them in the future.

Everyone is so knowledgeable, the service is first class. They have skillfully managed to give us internet speeds we could only have ever dreamed of, that no other company has been able to do in our remote location.
